Eat a Healthy Diet

Plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc. are full of antioxidants, minerals, and nutrients that not only boosts our immune system but also help in fighting against harmful viruses or germs. 

Eating a diet that is rich in protein, fats, and vitamins also boosts the immunity and keeps the harmful pathogens away from our body. 

Exercise Regularly

Exercising regularly increases stamina and resilience which helps in fighting off infections and viruses. Exercising makes us fit, contributes in the improvement of mental health, and relaxes the mind.
